I came online to pratise my english writing skills.
My First Encounter with a Strange Creature..
I was sweeping the floor, and I noticed some barely visible, beads of an unknown black substance. As I peered at it, I realised that it looked strangely familiar. I hastily put away all my belongings, and put a towel beneath my bedroom door. I saw this creature, creeping behing in the sinister shadows, behind the water dispenser. I grabbed the can of Mortein, and got ready for battle. I hesitated. Would this creature pounce on me, bite me, leave me with ugly scars and cause me to be deformed for the rest of my life? NO. I gathered up all my courage, and sprayed with all my might, the poison to kill the vicious creature. Slowly, but surely, this mysterious creature came into the light. Alas! It was brown like the colour of earth, had wings, which were ugly, unlike those of a dove, and had the most atrocious looking head ever. I turned away, traumatised at the sight. I sprayed the can of Mortein again. It tried to run, but the poison was taking effect. Bit by bit, the creature slowed down, and finally lay on its back, with the occasional twitch of its hairy legs. Was dead.
This, was my very first encounter with, a cockroach.
HEHE. True story okay. But no, its not my first encounter.
